Who we are

We’re a public transport information service. We help people make journeys across Great Britain by bus, rail, coach, tram and ferry.

We work in partnership with transport operators, local authorities and passenger groups. Together we bring you routes and travel times to help you make journeys that best suit your needs.

We receive no public funding and if we make any profit we put it all towards improving our services. We do this by listening to what our customers want. We’re a big organisation but we’re run by a small team, so you’ll always be able to find the person that you’ve been talking to.
