If you are having difficulty planning your journey either phone Traveline on 0871 200 22 33 or use this form to explain the problem to staff in one of the Traveline areas.

If you wish to call to give feedback about the operation of our enquiry services or for customer support for our 84268 text service you may do so by leaving a message on 0114 2211282 which we will respond to within 1 working day. This number is for feedback and not for travel enquiries.
